Ukrainian missile and drone attacks on several regions of Russia were reported in the early hours of Tuesday. Yuri Sliusar, the governor of Rostov, announced that the region was subjected to a "widespread missile attack" and damages in the city of Taganrog were reported.
Damage to Infrastructure
Sliusar added that an educational institution, a commercial building, a gas pipeline, agricultural warehouses, a grocery store, and a warehouse belonging to Ozon were damaged. Additionally, Svetlana Knyazeva, the mayor of Taganrog, announced that five apartment buildings were also damaged in these attacks, but no casualties have been reported.

Attacks on Industrial Facilities
Reports indicate that damages were also observed near the Taganrog Scientific and Technical Aviation Complex, although the exact details and conditions of these damages have not been quickly confirmed. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that its forces targeted the Atlant Aero factory in Taganrog, which is dedicated to drone production.
In the Samara region, Vyacheslav Fedorichev, the governor of the region, announced that over 40 drones were shot down overnight. He also reported damage to an industrial facility and several residential buildings, but no fatalities have been reported.
Furthermore, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that they attacked the Sizran oil refinery and reported a fire and damage to the crude oil distillation unit and tanks. Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, confirmed the attacks on the Sizran refinery and drone production facilities in Taganrog, adding that Ukrainian forces also targeted a drone preparation and launch site in the Ural region and targets in the Black Sea.
In the Voronezh region, Alexander Gusev, the governor of the region, reported damage to the windows of a government building as well as the roofs and facades of four private houses. He emphasized that no fatalities have been reported.
On the other hand, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that its forces conducted group attacks using attack drones on logistics centers and ports in Ukraine and also targeted ships that, according to this ministry, are used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
