Two Palestinians were killed in the Gaza Strip on Monday following a ceasefire violation by the Israeli army. Additionally, 28 others, including four children, have been injured as a result of these attacks.
Israeli Attacks on Various Areas of Gaza
Israeli attacks targeted the cities of Gaza and Khan Younis as well as the settlement of Zuweida, including airstrikes on refugee tents and civilian gatherings. According to medical sources at Nasser Hospital, one of the victims was killed due to an Israeli drone strike on a refugee tent in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis.

Eyewitnesses reported that an Israeli drone fired at least one missile at a refugee tent at the intersection of Sina Street and Street 5 in the Al-Mawasi area, resulting in the death of one Palestinian and injuries to others. In another incident, eight Palestinians were injured due to another airstrike.
Casualties and Critical Condition of the Injured
Medical sources also reported that eight Palestinians, including four children, were injured due to an Israeli drone strike on a gathering of civilians near a refugee tent in the Al-Mawasi area. The condition of two of the injured has been reported as critical and they are being treated in the intensive care unit of Nasser Hospital.
In a separate incident, a young man sustained moderate injuries due to gunfire from Israeli military vehicles in eastern Khan Younis. Eyewitnesses also reported that Israeli vehicles opened fire on civilian homes and refugee tents in these areas.
In northern Gaza Strip, a medical source at Al-Shifa Hospital announced that Mohammed Khadr Ajjour, 50, died from severe injuries caused by an Israeli drone strike on a tent located on the roof of his house in western Gaza City.
According to the latest information from the Gaza Strip Ministry of Health, as of Monday, ceasefire violations by Israel have resulted in the deaths of 1,372 Palestinians and injuries to 4,659 others. Since October 2023, the Israeli army has killed over 73,000 Palestinians and injured more than 174,000, causing widespread destruction to civilian infrastructure.
