He believes that this action can effectively counter unilateral sanctions and also strengthen political, economic, and technological relations among BRICS member countries.

In this meeting, Rohani, referring to the challenges facing developing countries, addressed the need to create a common platform for dialogue and cooperation in various fields. He emphasized that BRICS countries should come closer together and make the best use of existing capacities. He also pointed to the role of technology and innovation in strengthening these cooperations and stressed the importance of sharing experiences in this regard.
Countering Sanctions
The President of Iran, referring to the unilateral sanctions imposed on some BRICS member countries, called for the establishment of mechanisms for joint action against these pressures.
