Challenges of Jerusalem and the Strait of Hormuz
One of the main focuses of this meeting was the issue of Jerusalem as a sensitive and key point in Arab-Israeli relations. The Arab foreign ministers emphasized the need for a unified and strong stance in support of Palestinian rights. Additionally, the Strait of Hormuz, as a strategic passage for global trade and energy supply, is facing increasing threats and tensions that require immediate attention.
Crises in Sudan and Libya
In another part of this meeting, the foreign ministers examined the deep crises in Sudan and Libya. In Sudan, conflicts and unrest have sharply increased, and the humanitarian situation in the country is deteriorating. The Arab ministers stressed the importance of assisting the people of Sudan and working towards establishing peace and stability in the country. Libya is also facing widespread political and social challenges, highlighting the need for cooperation and solidarity among Arab countries more than ever.
